The maximum operating temperature of 150°C refers to the use of the fittings without a gasket.
Due to their special design, these fittings allow the use of sealing gaskets:
- Flat gasket made of vulcanised red fiber: used for potable water and oil, operating temperature -15°C ÷ +70°C
- Flat gasket made of EPDM: used for potable water and chlorinated water, operating temperature -20°C ÷ +110°C
- Flat gasket made of NBR: used for water, compressed air, oil, hydrocarbons, operating temperature -15°C ÷ +80°C
